Which database keeps all the sites?

There are different types of multisites. Is it multisites you are creating yourself or user created sites with user subdomains or profile subdomains. They have different databases.

I want to my users to be able to crate sites, but I want to be able to set limit to the number of sites they can create base on the access level.
1. How how do I make users create a site with their profile?.
2. How can I set limit to the number of sites users can create base on their access level?
3. Where can I get the database that saves all the site created by users?
4. How many types of multiplesites do we have?
5. What are the differences between these multisites?

  Meanwhile, there's currently no way to limit the number of sites a user could create. Just thinking of a global way to limit the number of inserts a user can make into a particular database.

The one users creates their selves.
1. But is user subdomain and what is profile subdomain?
2. Where are the database of the subdomains?

  There is no separate database for the user created subdomain. Once there is a settings for user having their own subdomain, the system loads username.example.com automatically or profile_url.example.com
  
  So the database to look for is the user table which is Ayoola_Access_LocalUser where it looks up value for username in username.example.com or Application_Profile_Table, where it looks up the value for profile_url in profile_url.example.com

1. How can a normal user create a new site?
2. How can I list all the site a user created in the user's account?
3. How do I set user profile to become a new site?
