Default Theme

On multi-site, I want to set a default theme for any site created. I prefer using the coming soon PC template.

On what kind of multisites? There are at least three types of multisites. There are different kinds of multisites. When asking a question here, dont assume we know what you are trying to do.

The more information you provide, the better you help us provide the best answers.

Meanwhile, you can make a default page on child sites on any multisite system by creating a "/default" page.

"/default" created on main site will be the loaded content on "/" on the child sites if there is no "/" created already.

"/default/test" created on main site will be the loaded content on "/test/" on the child sites if there is no "/page" created already

Sorry for the lack of clarity. What I want to do is that once a user create new site, the site default template should a coming soon template. Just like we have on PC.com

What you gave is for pages.
On PaceCarton.com, there is a way users select their default template, that is what I am talking about.

  Study the links on PageCarton.com to get the widgets that does exactly what you are looking for. Most things used on PageCarton.com are resident inside the core codes of PageCarton.org
  
  "Ayoola_Page_Layout_List" lists all themes for any PageCarton site. So it could be loaded by going to "example.com/widgets/Ayoola_Page_Layout_List"
