Okay. Possibly, the webserver Apache/Nginx etc has a timeout that is making the pc_installer.php process end abruptly. This happens to scripts that take too long to load or when the server is too busy to run a system intensive process in a timely manner.

What u can do is install fresh PC manually by looking in for web root for pc_installer.php.tar.gz and extracting it manually into the right directory (pagecarton/core)
